Oxford Management is pleased to announce that it has been assessed and verified as the first CarbonNeutral development company in Eastern Europe. Oxford joins the ranks of companies such as UBS (the international investment bank), KPMG (the global accountancy company) and Sky (the satellite broadcaster) as one of the leading companies globally who has chosen to do whatever necessary to have a zero carbon footprint.

This means that the company as a whole does not add to the damage caused by carbon in the atmosphere, aiding the fight against global warming and generally improving the global environment. We achieve this by minimising any pollution as a company and funding other environmentally friendly projects to offset the minor carbon emissions we do create.

"This again shows that we put our money where our mouth is and are indeed committed to sustainable development and take positive environmental action, where possible, in our developments", according to Hadley Barrett, "of course, nothing is perfect, but we are moving the market in the right direction".

In addition, Oxford is the first company in the Balkans of the Baltics to develop a level 5 BREEAM residential building.
Oxford are the first company to have a BREEAM certified assessor in both the Balkans of the Baltics.
In addition, Oxford have been coaching/advising the BREEAM organisation to help them develop their methodology to apply within the Baltic states.
